About.

IMG_0607I was born in 1984 in a small neighborhood on the north side of Chicago called Lakewood-Balmoral. We lived at the corner. In 1993, my dad brought home an IBM 386, and the rest has been bittersweet.

Today, I live in Denver, Colorado with my wife, Mindi, and our Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, Penny. I recently graduated with a Master’s Degree in Library Science from Emporia State University’s 2017 Denver cohort. I currently work at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in the Strauss Health Sciences Library: first step in fulfilling my dream of always being in school. I also host Geeks Who Drink at the British Bulldog every Monday at 8pm. I run an extra-semi-regular Dungeons & Dragons campaign, and I’m always working on a story twist or engaging encounter. The best La Croix flavor is Tangerine, and I am certain I can persuade anyone of that fact.
